This episode is dedicated to those who gave their lives fighting for liberty in Afghanistan and elsewhere, the 13 soldiers who lost their lives shortly after this podcast was recorded and American servicemen and friend Alex Grafft.

May they rest peacefully with the knowledge that we will defend their sacrifice until the end.

Keoni Koch

I am a lifelong martial artist and self made business owner. I checked out of school at 16. Finished on my own. Studied books and videos after seeing Bruce Lee. Formed my own fight team. Trained and fought our way to the highest competitive combat levels. That fight team became a full time business, Hard Drive Performance Center. I currently am a full-time coach/trainer as is my brother Erik who still competes in the UFC.
